Is this only for sites XIII Studios built?
Ideally, yes, because we already know the stack. We can take on sites built elsewhere, including Shopify stores, after a short review to confirm we can support them properly.
Why does a site need ongoing checks after launch?
New features, new scripts and new content have a habit of undoing last quarter's gains. We re-check performance and accessibility after releases and do a regular deeper pass, so improvements stick.
Can you keep our accessibility statement up to date?
Yes. We run automated accessibility checks across templates after releases and keep your statement current as the site changes. Manual keyboard and screen reader testing still decides what is actually accessible.
What happens when something breaks?
You get a clear contact route and a prioritised response for bugs and outages. Critical issues come first; smaller requests join the planned queue.
Do you include hosting?
Hosting arrangements vary by project. Maintenance covers care of the site itself. If your hosting needs changing, we will say so and help plan the move.
Can maintenance include performance work?
Yes. Ongoing care includes regular performance checks. Larger optimisation projects can run alongside a care plan when you need a deeper pass.
